ADMIN ASSISTANT

The role

We need our go-to guy/girl. Someone with a bright, cheerful disposition, who is hungry to learn and isn’t afraid to dive into multiple facets of the business. This position provides complete support to the whole office across general administration, account management and marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

  • General administrative duties including managing the phones, customer emails, invoicing, office coordination and more.
  • Coordinating meetings, following up with clients, preparing proposals and ensuring all visitors are well looked after.
  • Assisting the sales team by acting as Account Manager for some of the smaller client projects.
  • Assisting the marketing team by helping to research industry news, managing company social media accounts and helping to prepare for any marketing activities such as campaign preparation or event sponsorship.

This role is the face of the company so you will need to have a high level of presentation, excellent written/verbal communication skills, top organisational skills and a fantastic attitude.

Knowledge of apps, experience with Adobe Creative Suite, and experience in a digital, marketing or advertising agency would be favourable.

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

The role

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the development of projects to deliver high quality app/digital products for our clients – on time and on budget.

Your role will be varied and challenging, yet extremely rewarding. You will be the key interface between client requirements, the development team and senior management – so excellent communication skills and an ability to translate a client’s business requirements into actionable technical tasks is a must.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Liaising with the Account Managers and/or meeting with clients to translate their business requirements into technical requirements. This may include participating in workshops in conjunction with the Account Managers and the client.
  • Thorough project scoping: including time estimates, technical requirements, timelines and deliverables.
  • People management – a team that includes iOS, Android and Windows Developers, Backend and Frontend web developers and QA.
  • Regular communication with account managers, designers, clients and senior management to keep them informed of progress and manage expectations.
  • Continual improvement of the development processes.
  • Managing the deployment of our clients’ apps/products.

You will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Understanding of mobile app (iOS, Android and Windows), web and backend development.
  • Experience in delivering sophisticated mobile, web or IT related projects.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Preferred, but not essential:

  • Two years experience in a similar role.
  • Qualifications/experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
  • Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP).
  • Knowledge of development methodologies (Agile, Rapid, Waterfall).
  • Knowledge of Atlasssian Products (JIRA/Confluence).
  • Knowledge of cloud solution software (e.g. AWS).
